Sentence doubled for heroin addict over violent disorder in “vulnerable” man's home

Richard Sweeney, aged 27 from Railway Lough in Belturbet, County Cavan, has been re-sentenced to four years imprisonment by the Court of Appeal following a successful appeal by the Director of Public Prosecutions.
