The Court of Appeal has reserved judgement in a murder conviction appeal arising from a fatal shooting in Donegal in 2008. Martin Kelly, aged 41 and from Strabane, County Tyrone, was convicted by the Special Criminal Court in January 2012 of the murder of Andrew Burns, who was shot twice in the back in a church car park at Donnyloop, Castlefin on 12 February 2008.
