NI man given life sentence for role in dissident republican murder moves to appeal conviction

Martin Kelly, aged 41 and from Strabane in County Tyrone, was convicted by the Special Criminal Court in January 2012 of murdering Andrew Burns, who was shot twice in the back in a church car park at Donnyloop, Castlefin, County Donegal, on 12 February 2008.
