The Court of Appeal on 23 March 2017 dismissed a conviction appeal brought by a woman serving a mandatory life sentence for murder. Sabrina Cummins, with an address in Dublin, had been convicted by jury at the Central Criminal Court of the murder of Thomas Horan in Ringsend on 6 January 2014.
