Retention permission for the remaining upper 15 metres, resulting in a permitted overall stack height of 40 metres, with all associated structural supports, fixings, ducting and ancillary works. Revised by Significant Further Information which consists of: Clarifications of the current EPA licence status in relation to the application. Clarification that as required by the EPA and Industrial Emissions License Reg. No. P0812-02, a minimum discharge height of 25 metres for AEP1 and AEP2 must to achieved. Clarification that application is for retention of a non-process physical structure within an already licensed installation, rather than permission to commence or expand a licensable activity. Clarification that the application does not seek to commence a new licensable activity; increase food-production throughput or opera ng hours; increase any licensed emission limit value, volumetric flow limit or mass emission; introduce a new fuel, process or product; or operate any emission arrangement that is not authorised by the EPA. Copy of EPA Industrial Emissions License Reg. No. P0812-02.
