Grant permission for the removal of 2 no. chimney stacks and alterations to the two side elevations and rear elevation subject to the 4 conditions set out in Schedule 1 attached. 2. Refuse permission for the creation of a new vehicular entrance from Rock Road East at the north eastern corner of the site for the reason set out in Schedule 2 attached.
