Retention and Permission: Permission for alterations to existing single storey house to include alterations to existing windows and external doors, the removal of one chimney stack and alterations to another chimney stack, stone cladding to part of the front elevation, a single storey extension to the front of the existing house, the conversion and extension of the attic space to residential accommodation to include three dormer windows and alterations to the north west elevation to form a gable wall with a window and all site development works works required to facilitate the development. The development for retention consists of a mobile home located on site as a temporary structure and all ancillary site works
