the development will consist of the construction of a new two storey extension over garage to the side and rear of the existing two storey over basement farmhouse dwelling, demolition of the existing two storey over covered area projection to the rear, renovations and alterations to the existing house including minor elevational changes and revisions to the site layout plan, decommissioning of the existing septic tank, and upgrade to a new wastewater disposal system, and all associated site works
