permission for development at a Protected Structure (MCC Ref: 41001086) located within an Architectural Conservation Area, comprising the following i. demolition of existing three-storey rear return and reconstruction to the original height & footprint, ii. alterations to existing window and door openings, together with the formation of new openings. iii. revised design to that previously approved under MCC Ref: 25/60252, comprising the reversion of the third floor to attic/storage use in lieu of the previously approved one-bedroom apartment, iv. alterations to the existing foul and surface water drainage connections, as required , together with all associated site development and ancillary works
