proposed change of design to that previously granted planning permission under Planning Reference 24/60102, the development will consist of the renovation and extension of the existing single-storey detached dwelling, together with the demolition of a section of the existing kitchen located to the south side of the existing dwelling. The development will also include the installation of a proprietary wastewater treatment system and new polishing filter, together with all associated ancillary site development and landscaping works
